NYX: Nine Lives

ABOUT THE GAME

"Use your nine lives and dark powers to survive,
As to reach the end the bodies shall aline...

By the pale and vigilant moonshine forever blessed
With your shadow traversing the city that has no rest!"

Nyx has lost her dear mistress while roaming the Big Apple and it is your job to help this sly familiar to embrace her beloved witch once more...
But, fools, beware! This is NOT your ordinary cat, she has one hell of a trick up her whiskers!

A platformer about the Duality of life and death, where none of the two can exist without the other: DIE TO THRIVE, LIVE TO PREVAIL.

In-game controls:

A/D: Move to the left/right;
Spacebar: Jump (short & high);
E: Sacrifice one of your lives.

Created during this year's Global Game Jam, this game was developed using the theme Duality as its main focus and made in the span of 48 hours.
